Utilizes client-referenced, competence-based and specification-driven profiles of the existing and emerging vendors/suppliers in each of the key Direct & Indirect commodity/services groups

The Provider (Vendor/Supplier) Profiling System (PPS) feeds from a dynamic database of over 300 best-in-class, global and local vendors/suppliers. It also allows you to include your own specifically qualified vendors/suppliers.

The PPS helps buying organizations and/or their agents research vendor/supplier capabilities, material/product functionality and quality, engineering data and design, facilities and locations, domain knowledge, delivery history, cost models, supply market reference, fees structure, key people, published intellectual capital, core competence, minority relationships, legal issues, financial health, client conflicts and recommendations.

The objective of the system is to pre-qualify vendors/suppliers based on a Provider (vendor/supplier) Qualification Index. Only pre-qualified vendors/suppliers will be invited to respond to the buyer’s eRFQ/RFP/RFS.
