Manage Engagement (Fulfillment)
Performance-focused Engagement delivery and Order Fulfillment
Enables the buying organization and the provider/vendor/supplier to successfully deliver supply contract objectives and deliverables in a timely and sustainable manner. The system is comprised of three key subsystems and workflows:
- Project Management
- Risk Management
- Benefits Management & Executive Dashboard
Project Management
The Project Management application empowers the buying organization’s project or commodity Manager and the supplier’s Manager to collaborate in setting up the fulfillment or project initiatives – plan, approach and structure, resources, facilities, schedule, delivery quantities, savings baselines, SLAs, milestones - for success. Upon completion of the set-up, it allows the Managers to dynamically manage the contract schedule, delivery milestones, supplier performance, key deliverables, delivered price, total cost of ownership, spend levels, savings, and resource requirements.
Risk Management
The Risk Management application enables the buying organization to collaborate with the supplier in identifying, analyzing, categorizing and prioritizing risk factors for the business, contract and project or engagement. It helps the buying organization develop the risk mitigation strategies, action plans and tracking mechanism.
Benefits Management
The Benefits Management application enables the buying organization to set up a Virtual Benefits Management system and an Executive Dashboard. The application will help the Project Manager set-up baselines, targets, performance metrics and performance drivers. Thereafter, the application will empower the buyer to dynamically measure and track - total cost of ownership, quality measures, reconciled commodity price, SLAs, deliverables, fulfillment schedules, savings and benefits - against agreed upon targets; raising red flags where actual performance is less than the target. The alert system will trigger necessary action from the Manager or Executives and encourage collaboration between buyer and supplier to identify and resolve any performance shortfall before it’s too late.
Additionally, at any time in the transaction and fulfillment cycle, performance review of the supplier can be conducted and a “supplier scorecard” developed for immediate action and can be archived in the "Provider (Vendor/Supplier) Profile" - supplier database for future reference and decision.
