Supplier Diversity Management

Situation:

When one of the regional telecommunications firms needed help to diversify its supplier base, iServiceX was the partner of choice.

What we did:

iServiceX supported this important strategic effort through a development of a vendor management process, including development and inclusion of minority and women owned (MWO) business vendors.

Results:

By approaching the issue as a developmental, compliance and visibility set of solutions this organization now has a “best player” philosophy that is inclusive of all diversity suppliers rather than a pigeon-holed administrative reporting effort. Use of such suppliers has broadened to not only increase spend with them by 18% but also managed the reduction of equivalent costs by 20%
