Situation:

When one of the major healthcare insurance companies in the Midwest needed help with developing and implementing their strategic goals across their organization, their CEO selected iServiceX.

What we did:

iServiceX developed and introduced a Balance Scorecard approach coupled with change leadership as the mechanism to communicate and to drive the company’s strategic goals across the organization.

Results:

Connective performance indicators have been implemented and cascaded to employees of this health insurance company and they are now fully aware of the company’s strategic goals and able to attribute their daily work to achievements of those goals. Contributions to reserves have improved by 40% year-to-year.
