When a premiere soft drink company needed strategic insight on leveraging the $12 billion spent annually by its network of bottling companies and subsidiaries, the management consulted iServiceX.

Results:
The adoption of an integrated but Skill-Led new organization model is being implemented and piloted. Corporate expenditures for indirect goods and services are now visible to all stakeholders and attached to a strategic intent. Individual Stakeholders have retained their best practices and procedures and they have collaborated to roll-up their respective relationships and pricing structures to treat their suppliers as one vendor therefore gaining advantage in pricing, volume and service.
